How we work.

Every engagement follows the same four steps under a written statement of work. Start small with a fixed-scope offer, or plan a longer engagement. Start dates usually within 2 to 4 weeks.

Four steps.

Scope

A short call about the problem, the systems involved and what done looks like. If we are not the right fit, we say so.

Statement of work

We write down the deliverables, timeline, price and the consultants who will do the work. Nothing starts until you sign it.

Deliver

Honest consultants work in your environment, alongside your team, and send a short written progress report at agreed intervals.

Hand over

Documentation, runbooks and a working session with your team, so you can run what was built without us.
